I am still not at the grownup’s table but I feel I have moved from the kid’s table.
Is there an in-between table? Maybe the teen table? 😂
Working with GeekPack and learning about UX/UI, copywriting, and front-end web development has added to my confidence within this industry that I am still a newbie. Yes, I am learning Javascript & Jquery! ( not a fan) Hearing the stories of others within the FB community I am part of keeps me inspired. I take every opportunity to learn as a special gift to take along on my journey.
As my WordPress knowledge grows my confidence increases so that I am able to share my knowledge with others which is one of my passions. I have slowly been volunteering with Learn WordPress as a co-host and reviewer. I am happy to announce that I have fulfilled my next goal and have been accepted on the faculty as a content creator for Learn WordPress. It is not a paid position but I am so excited to be working with an amazing group of people from around the world.
